Job summary

Integral dx is seeking an After Market Business Manager to lead IDX strategy and growth in the aftermarket segment, focusing on parts, service, and support solutions.

You will develop and execute business plans to expand market share, optimize inventory, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen long-term client relationships, with travel up to 50%. Collaborate with the General Manager and executive leadership to align aftermarket initiatives with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in aftermarket sales, parts management, or similar field, with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in equipment manufacturing or sales strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement aftermarket strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Mentor and coach aftermarket sales, service, and support teams to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for service and process improvements.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure parts availability, minimize excess, and optimize strategies.
• Partner with engineering, production, sales, and accounting to ensure seamless operations and efficient issue resolution.
• Travel is required 50% of the time.
