Job summary

Twin Disc is seeking an experienced Aftermarket Business Manager to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence in our aftermarket parts division. You will lead strategic planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional initiatives to meet customer demand and financial targets.

The ideal candidate combines business acumen with operational expertise and strong leadership to advance continuous improvement across forecasting, procurement, and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing or distribution; prior P&L responsibility preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; forecasting and inventory expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the aftermarket business.
• Lead profitability, budgets, and capital plans to meet targets.
• Collaborate on pricing models and multi-channel go-to-market strategies.
• Lead demand planning, inventory policy, and warehouse operations.
• Direct procurement and material planning aligned with demand and capacity.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure OSHA/compliance standards.
• Build and coach a high-performing team; manage 2–10 direct reports.
