Qualifications

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under supervision of Regional Manager.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, staff, and operating budgets.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.

Formation

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years in housing industry

CAM or ARM certification preferred
