Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Affordable Housing Senior Community Manager in Atlanta, GA to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, budgets, and resident relations, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws and OSHA standards.

Experience with tax credit/affordable housing is preferred. The role emphasizes strategic leasing management, marketing planning, and ensuring property performance while delivering exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations for the community.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, coach, and manage performance.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Lead marketing, leasing, and resident retention initiatives.
• Manage emergency response and safety compliance.
