Job summary
Dentsu is seeking a Senior Manager of Affiliate & Partnership Marketing in New York to lead client programs, shape day-to-day strategy, and guide junior teammates. You will partner with cross-functional teams across Paid Search, SEO, Social, and more to meet performance goals and client objectives.
The ideal candidate brings affiliate marketing and performance partnerships experience, with a focus on travel and hospitality, strong analytics, and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or related field within an agency or in-house team.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries.
- Experience managing performance-based marketing programs (lead generation, bookings, CPL/CPA/CPC).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel and performance reporting tools.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact.com, Partnerize, CJ Affiliate, AWIN, Rakuten).

- Collaborate with cross-channel teams to develop and execute affiliate strategies.
