Job summary

Dentsu is seeking a Manager of Affiliate & Partnership Marketing in New York to lead affiliate and partnership programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive performance for agency clients in travel/hospitality sectors.

You will manage day-to-day strategy, oversee campaigns from setup to optimization, and leverage data to inform strategic recommendations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–4 years in affiliate/partnership/performance marketing within an agency, affiliate network, or in-house team.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality or related industries.
  • Experience optimizing performance outcomes.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Interest in affiliate & partnership marketing and industry trends.
  • Experience managing performance-based programs focused on leads, acquisitions, bookings, or similar conversions.
  • Experience with CPL, CPA, CPC campaigns.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Experience with affiliate platforms including Impact.com, Partnerize, CJ Affiliate, AWIN, or Rakuten.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with affiliates, publishers, and partnership stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication.
  • Experience data reporting and invoicing accuracy.

We are seeking a Manager, Affiliate & Partnership Marketing to join our growing team at dentsu. In this role, you will manage affiliate and partnership marketing programs for clients, support day-to-day strategy and execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance against client goals. The ideal candidate has experience in affiliate marketing and performance partnerships, with an interest in the travel and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through industry expertise, effective communication, and responsive service.
  • Serve as a day‑to‑day contact for client requests, questions, and program updates.
  • Develop an understanding of client brands, business objectives, and competitive landscapes.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Contribute strategic recommendations supported by data, insights, and industry best practices.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Affiliate teams, Client Services, Planning, and cross-channel teams, including Paid Search, SEO, Social, Programmatic, and Retail Media.
  • Support the development and execution of affiliate and partnership strategies aligned with broader marketing objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments based on performance trends, business needs, and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to achieve client objectives and performance targets.

Campaign Management & Performance

  • Plan, execute, and manage affiliate partnership campaigns, including account setup, network implementation, partner development, budget management, and pacing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve results and achieve client objectives.
  • Manage programs against established KPIs and performance goals.
  • Leverage data, technology, and reporting tools to identify opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and support program growth.
  • Conduct industry research, competitive analyses, and program audits to inform recommendations and strategic planning.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3‑4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, performance marketing, or a related field within an agency, affiliate network, partnership platform, or in‑house marketing team.
  • Experience in the travel, hospitality or related industries.
  • Experience identifying and implementing optimization strategies that improve performance outcomes.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Interest in affiliate and partnership marketing and a commitment to staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience managing performance‑based marketing programs focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, bookings, reservations, completed stays, subscriptions, or similar conversion‑based objectives.
  • Experience with Cost Per Lead (CPL), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Cost Per Click (CPC) campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and reporting tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with one or more affiliate platforms, including Impact.com, Partnerize, CJ Affiliate, AWIN, or Rakuten Advertising.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience working with affiliate partners, publishers, and other partnership stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience managing data, reporting processes, and invoicing activities with accuracy and attention to detail.

The annual salary range for this position is $62,000-$85,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
