Job summary

Dentsu X in the United States (Remote - New Jersey) seeks a Senior Associate to join the Affiliate & Performance Partnerships team. You will support execution of affiliate programs, manage relationships with clients and partners, and help plan campaigns across Paid Search, SEO, Social, and Retail Media.

You will learn and contribute to KPI delivery, handle daily account activity, and use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to drive optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate or partner marketing.
• Experience contributing to revenue growth while maintaining ROAS goals.
• Familiarity with CPA optimization and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of affiliate and performance programs across industries.
• Participate in client meetings and report on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with teams across Paid Search, SEO, Social, and Retail Media.
• Manage daily account activity, placement bookings, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Analyze reports and support optimization to hit KPI targets.
