Job summary

Quillbot is seeking a strategic Affiliate Growth Lead to own and scale our partner program in the United States. You will recruit, onboard, and activate 2,000+ partners while optimizing CAC, ROAS and partner ROI to drive sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with Creative, Product, Finance and Legal to expand the partner ecosystem, strengthen tracking, and ensure revenue quality across initiatives. A data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional influence are essential.
