Learneo is seeking a Senior Affiliate Partnership Specialist to own and scale Quillbot’s affiliate growth. You will recruit, onboard, and activate 2,000+ partners, optimize ROI, and manage contracts, incentives, and tracking across global partners.

This senior IC role partners with Creative, Product, Finance, and Legal to expand the partner ecosystem. You will drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver data-driven improvements in CAC, ROAS, and partner ROI, with a hybrid/remote work model

Qualificações

5+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience, preferably within a B2C subscription or consumer technology business.
Demonstrated success recruiting, onboarding, and scaling affiliate partner networks.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive recruitment, activation, and revenue growth.
Identify, recruit, onboard, and negotiate contracts with strategic partners to maximize ROI.
Set up and manage affiliate relationships, tracking, offers, and payment reconciliation.
Analyze performance across cohorts and geographies; present findings and optimization recommendations.
