Learneo seeks a hands-on Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own and scale Quillbot’s affiliate growth program end to end. You will recruit, onboard, and activate 2,000+ partners across reviewers, comparison sites, creators, cashback platforms, and verified communities.

Collaborate with Creative, Product, Finance, and Legal to optimize tracking and revenue quality. This senior IC role offers direct ownership of partner relationships and program growth across global markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in affiliate marketing, preferably in B2C/subscription or consumer tech.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scaling affiliate networks and managing performance.
• Experience with affiliate platforms and networks such as Impact, PartnerStack or similar.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and drive program actions.
• Familiarity with attribution, fraud detection, and quality control in affiliate programs.
• Ability to present findings clearly through dashboards and reports to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with remote cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product, Brand, Data, and Finance.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies to recruit, activate, and grow revenue across QuillBot’s affiliate ecosystem.
• Identify, recruit, onboard strategic partners; negotiate contracts and commission structures.
• Set up and manage affiliate relationships including tracking codes, promos, payouts, and partner support.
• Analyze performance by cohorts/geographies; report metrics and optimization recommendations.
• Manage commission budgets and reallocate based on ROI and growth opportunities.
• Design tests to optimize incentives, offers, and conversion mechanics.
