Job summary

Quillbot is seeking a hands-on Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to own and scale our global affiliate program. You will recruit, onboard, and activate 2,000+ partners across reviewers, comparison sites, creators, and cashback platforms, while optimizing CAC, ROAS, and partner ROI.

You will collaborate with Creative, Product, Finance, and Legal to expand the ecosystem, improve tracking and measurement, and ensure revenue quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on affiliate marketing experience in B2C subscription or consumer tech.
• Proven ability to recruit, onboard, scale affiliate networks and optimize ROI.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact or PartnerStack; strong measurement and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to recruit, activate, and grow revenue across the global network.
• Identify, recruit, onboard strategic partners; negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentives.
• Set up and manage end-to-end affiliate relationships: tracking codes, offers, payments, and partner support.
• Analyze affiliate performance across cohorts, geographies, and partner types; report findings to leadership.
• Manage commission spend within budgets; recommend reallocations based on ROI.
• Design tests for incentives, offers, segments, and campaign mechanics to boost conversions.
• Collaborate with Creative to produce promotional materials and assets for activation.
• Work with Product, Brand, Data, and Engineering to optimize tracking, attribution, and measurement accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and regulatory changes; share insights.
