Job summary

LAKE Weekend Wear, LLC is seeking a Senior Associate, Affiliate Marketing to grow the channel through creator, influencer, and performance partnerships. You will move between relationships and results, building a strong partner pipeline and managing campaigns from outreach through launch.

You’ll work with Paid Media, Brand & Creative, Content, Planning, and E‑commerce to integrate Affiliate into the broader marketing strategy as the channel grows, balancing brand authenticity with performance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Affiliate marketing or related digital marketing roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Affiliate/creator platforms (ShopMy, Impact, LTK, Partnerize, Skimlinks).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partners and launches.
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Affiliate program execution across platforms and initiatives.
• Build and maintain the Affiliate talent pipeline with brand and audience fit.
• Monitor performance across partners and campaigns, surfacing trends and issues.
• Support seasonal Affiliate planning and launches aligned with marketing priorities.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Brand/Creative, Content, Planning, and E‑commerce teams.
• Protect LAKE’s brand Standards within the channel.
