Job summary

Great Lakes Wellness is seeking a Social Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Specialist to grow and activate our creator, ambassador, and affiliate network. You will identify creators, manage outreach, support product seeding, drive content creation, and optimize affiliate performance.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with creators and a strong eye for pipeline management and results. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end outreach, onboarding, and ongoing partner activation across

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, or social commerce.
• Hands-on experience recruiting and managing creators, ambassadors, and/or affiliates.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram/Meta, and emerging creator platforms.
• Excellent written communication and creator relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Creator & affiliate recruitment: identify, source, and recruit high-potential creators and affiliates with strong audience trust and conversion potential.
• Outreach & relationship management: own creator outreach, onboarding, gifting/seeding coordination, and ongoing communication.
• Affiliate activation: support affiliate setup, links/codes, incentives, and campaign communication.
• Creator pipeline management: maintain a pipeline of prospects, active creators, ambassadors, and affiliates.
• Content generation: drive creator-led video and UGC content through briefs and follow-ups.
• Product launches: seed content for new launches and drive affiliate activity.
• Performance optimization: track performance and identify opportunities to increase activation and revenue.
• Content insights & compliance: identify high-performing hooks and ensure brand/compliance guidelines.
