Job summary

Highwinds in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to drive our affiliate network growth. You will own the lifecycle from recruitment to performance optimization and compliance, negotiating terms and safeguarding partner experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in affiliate management, a strong network, and fluency with major tracking platforms like Everflow, CAKE and HasOffers. This role rewards strategic thinking and results-oriented leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct experience in affiliate management.
Proven track record recruiting, managing, and scaling high‑performing affiliate programs.
Strong existing publisher/affiliate network is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of CPL, CPA, EPC, ROI and digital traffic sources.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment: identify, evaluate, and recruit high-value affiliate partners across channels.
Relationship Management: nurture partnerships and provide strategic guidance and support.
Performance Optimization: monitor CPL, CVR, and lead quality to scale campaigns profitably.
Negotiation & Terms: lead payout structures, insertion orders, and other commercial terms.
Compliance & Quality Control: enforce terms, monitor traffic sources, and mitigate fraud.
Competitive Intelligence: monitor trends and new publisher technologies.
Reporting & Analysis: deliver regular performance reports to leadership.
