Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Specialist, Affiliate Operations & Compliance to oversee operational management, governance, and publisher compliance of the affiliate marketing program. The role combines policy expertise with reporting frameworks, platform administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

This hybrid role is based in the New York area; on-site as needed, with remote work from home when not required on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing operations, digital marketing operations, compliance, or program management.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting and performance insights.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of subscription businesses, ecommerce, or digital consumer products.
• Experience collaborating with product, analytics, finance, and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data to drive business decisions.
• Experience managing budgets, promotions, incentives, or partner investments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee affiliate program policies, processes, and governance.
• Produce recurring affiliate performance reports and executive summaries.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for product launches and expansions.
• Lead compliance conversations and remediation with affiliate partners.
• Manage publisher health reporting and ongoing assessments.
• Educate internal stakeholders on program requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, finance, and legal teams to support success.
