Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Senior Affiliate leader to drive strategy, expansion, and profitability across a global affiliate network. The role partners with agency teams, analytics, finance, and brand to optimize performance and lifetime value, while growing partnerships and negotiating strategic agreements.

This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, with regular in-office collaboration. The successful candidate will own forecasts, plans, and partner performance, and will be responsible for scaling

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or related fields.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar affiliate programs.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end affiliate marketing strategy across partner segments (content, commerce, loyalty, coupon, review, creator).
• Develop growth plans driving customer acquisition, subscriptions, revenue, and profitability.
• Establish annual channel objectives, investment strategies, and long-term growth roadmaps.
• Identify new partnerships and innovative affiliate solutions to drive incremental growth.
• Lead negotiations on commercial agreements and growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key affiliates and partners.
• Own forecasting, budget planning, and revenue projections; monitor ROAS and customer value.
