Job summary

Ruckus is seeking an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager in the United States to own and scale our affiliate channel. You will recruit partners, negotiate deals, and drive performance while exploring new channels like CTV, audio, and OOH.

You will build relationships with publishers and creators, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with growth, analytics, and creative teams to maximize customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Experience independently managing an affiliate program or owning a significant portion of one.
• Hands-on experience identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners.
• Experience developing relationships with publishers, creators, media partners, podcasts, newsletters, or similar partners.
• Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing partnerships.
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance, tracking, attribution, and optimization.
• Experience with affiliate platforms; Impact experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the affiliate program and its day-to-day operations.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, publishers, creators, podcasts, newsletters, and other relevant partners.
• Proactively build relationships with publishers and media partners across health, wellness, lifestyle, and other relevant categories.
• Develop outreach strategies and pitch prospective partners.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new partnerships.
• Manage partner relationships from initial outreach through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor affiliate traffic, campaign performance, and key metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Analyze partner performance and optimize toward revenue and customer acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with growth, creative, analytics, and other internal teams to support affiliate initiatives.
• Identify creative new partnership opportunities and ways to expand the affiliate channel.
• Help explore and test emerging acquisition opportunities, including CTV, audio, and OOH.
