Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented operations specialist to develop and maintain knowledge of customer-specific business rules across AXSIS and Legacy, and to ensure timely, accurate service in line with SOPs and internal standards.

You will keep SOPs current, support Affidavit processes, generate daily/weekly reports, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet priorities and SLAs while promoting a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of customer-specific business rules, processes, and requirements across AXSIS and Legacy.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent service in accordance with SOPs, RoboHelp guidance, business requirements, and company standards.
• Facilitate effective communication between customers, team members, and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely resolution of requests.
• Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date SOPs for assigned jurisdictions.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for Affidavit processes and provide guidance and support to team members.
• Identify, report, and upscale operational, system, or equipment issues that may impact service delivery.
• Generate and analyze daily and weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Effectively manage priorities to meet customer, departmental, and SLA expectations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and support team members through changing priorities and business needs.
