Job summary

Solta is seeking a Senior Account Specialist to drive sales for aesthetic medical devices in Upstate NY and Connecticut. You will develop territory plans, execute demonstrations, and build relationships with plastic surgeons and dermatologists.

The role requires at least 2 years of B2B sales, knowledge of medical terminology, and willingness to travel up to 75%. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Base pay ranges $90k-$120k plus bonus or sales incentive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience is required.
• Experience selling consumables or medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures is desired.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a sales strategy for your assigned territory and customer base.
• Penetrate the territory with effective call planning, time management and accurate forecasting.
• Drive utilization through product demonstrations and customer training around indications and safety.
• Execute launch action plans and leverage reward programs and enrollment tools.
• Coordinate and achieve high attendance at user meetings and workshops; support tradeshows.
• Develop and maintain key relationships; identify new customers and nurture existing ones.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert and collaborate with surgical, marketing and clinical teams.
• Prepare sales contracts with terms, quotes and pricing.
• Maintain account profiles, expense reports and quarterly business plans.
