Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking an Adv Engineering Support Specialist – Tech Publications Author in Phoenix, AZ. This role supports turbofan engine program documentation, with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and accessibility for engineering teams and customers.

You will report to the Sr. Engineering Program Manager and work on a hybrid schedule, onsite for the first 90 days. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to aerospace standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical writing or technical publications, ideally within aerospace or a similar regulated industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refine technical publication content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate technical information.
• Edit and standardize technical documents in alignment with established style and regulatory guidelines.
• Support the delivery of high-quality aerospace documentation for turbofan engine programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall efficiency in technical publications.
• Contribute to maintaining best-in-class documentation standards that support engineering and customer needs.
