Based in Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid schedule, new hires will work onsite for the first 90 days. Candidates should bring at least 5 years of technical writing experience and a strong understanding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or technical publications, ideally within aerospace or a similar regulated industry
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and refine technical publication content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and validate technical information
• Edit and standardize technical documents in alignment with established style and regulatory guidelines
• Support the delivery of high-quality aerospace documentation for turbofan engine programs
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall efficiency in technical publications
• Contribute to maintaining best-in-class documentation standards that support engineering and customer needs
