Collins Aerospace in Foley, Alabama is seeking a Supply Chain Business Unit Senior Leader to oversee procurement, stores and logistics at the MRO site. You will report to the General Manager and drive operational excellence and strategic growth.

The role demands a deep aerospace supply chain background, ten years' experience or seven with an advanced degree, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and partner with RTX and Aftermarket units.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Knowledge of aerospace structures
• Strong background in supply chain within an aerospace environment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain function (Procurement, Stores and Logistics) in line with company strategy and performance targets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand capabilities, enhance efficiency, and drive profitability
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to support profitable growth
• Champion a culture of customer excellence, ensuring high quality, delivery, and responsiveness
• Build and lead high-performing teams and drive development at all levels
• Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives across operations
• Lead supplier assessments, RFQ to contract, and cross-functional alignment
