DSJ Global is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for an on-site role in Huntsville, AL. You will lead S&OP, procurement, supplier management, inventory optimization, material planning, and team development, driving cost, quality, and on-time delivery while aligning with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in supply chain with leadership experience, ERP and advanced Excel skills, and a background in regulated manufacturing.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of supply chain, procurement, or operations experience, including leadership responsibility.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong background in S&OP, supplier development, commodity management, and materials/inventory planning.
• Experience negotiating supplier contracts and implementing strategic sourcing initiatives.
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel/data analysis skills.
• Strong financial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Role: Senior Supply Chain Manager

Location: Huntsville, AR

Work Model: on-site 5 days per week, no remote/hybrid exceptions (offers a full relocation package)

Compensation: $140,000 to $165,000 plus bonus

The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of supply chain operations, including S&OP, procurement, supplier management, inventory optimization, material planning, and team development. This role drives cost, quality, delivery, and operational performance while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
