Job summary

Collins Aerospace, the RTX global aerospace leader, is hiring an Operations Excellence Senior Lead for the Foley MRO site. You will report to the General Manager and drive operational and strategic initiatives to sustain growth and efficiency.

The role focuses on deploying CORE Operating System, leading continuous improvement, and coaching change leaders across the site. You will develop KPIs, manage 5S, and coordinate weekly reviews to ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of aerospace structures
• Strong background in operations within an aerospace environment
• Strong background involvement in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of customer excellence, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed expectations in quality, delivery, and responsiveness
• Define, and deploy CORE Operating System throughout the business
• Event coordination and facilitation
• Develop and Deploy KPIs (DIH, Margin, Sales, COPQ) to improve efficiency
• Drive Tier review process meetings (inc. MROLife)
• Manage 5S calibration cycle
• Develop and deploy site communication strategies
• Weekly Operations/Support team reviews
