Zusammenfassung

CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Supplier Quality Manager to lead supplier quality engineering teams across aerospace programs in Florida. You will drive qualification, development, performance, and corrective actions to ensure purchased hardware meets engineering and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program teams to reduce risk, improve supplier capabilities, and ensure on-time delivery. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 9+ years of related experience with 2–5 years of leadership
• Strong knowledge of AS9100/ISO 9001 and aerospace supplier quality
• Experience with PPAP and AS9102 processes
• Proficient in root cause analysis and problem-solving methods

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple supplier quality engineering teams across qualification and corrective actions.
• Set supplier quality priorities and resource plans.
• Develop quality leaders through coaching and succession planning.
• Oversee audits, NPIs, and supplier acceptance across aerospace commodities.
• Ensure flow-down of requirements and compliance with QMS, regulatory standards.
