Job summary

Boeing in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Senior Software Integration Engineer to coordinate software integration across laboratories, environments and onboard systems. The role ensures alignment to milestones and manages dependencies to deliver integrated software on schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required (or previously active in past 24 months).
7+ years of experience with software requirements, design, hardware-software integration and testing.
5+ years in software integration with hardware, firmware and interfacing teams.

Responsibilities

Execute software integration across shared laboratories, environments and system setups.
Coordinate software insertion, baseline alignment and integration readiness for embedded and onboard systems.
Assess dependencies, risks and handoffs to support delivered software capability.
Analyze and resolve interface, sequencing, baseline and environment issues across multiple technical domains.
Drive closure of actions to support software integration events, software insertion and environment readiness.
Provide leadership with status, risks, dependencies and recommended actions.
Identify improvements to execution discipline and predictability across teams.
