The Boeing Company seeks a Senior Software Integration Engineer for the A-MH program in Berkeley, MO. You will lead cross-disciplinary software integration across labs, environments, and onboard systems, aligning with milestone schedules and dependencies. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in software requirements/design/integration, and an active U.S.

Secret Clearance. Travel ~10% and relocation are considerations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Requires active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. citizenship required; active in past 24 months qualifies).
7+ years of experience with software requirements, design, hardware/software integration and testing.
5+ years of experience performing software integration with hardware, firmware, and other software with coordinating interfacing teams.

Responsibilities

Execute software integration across shared laboratories, integration environments, and representative system environments.
Coordinate software insertion, baseline alignment, and integration readiness across embedded and onboard systems.
Assess dependencies, execution risks, and handoffs to support integrated software delivery.
Analyze and resolve interface, sequencing, baseline, and environment issues across multiple domains.
Drive closure of action items to support software integration events and readiness activities.
Provide lead engineer with clear assessment of status, risks and recommended actions.
Identify improvements to execution discipline and predictability across teams.
