Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Senior Software Lab Readiness and Integration Engineer to lead software and lab readiness across on-site, virtual, and remote environments for a complex aerospace program.

You will coordinate baselines, releases, and environment requirements, partnering with CM and test stakeholders, and communicating readiness status to leadership. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and strong troubleshooting in dynamic settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required; active status in past 24 months counts.
7+ years experience software integration with hardware/firmware.
7+ years experience in integration readiness.
Top Secret clearance preferred.
Experience in aerospace/defense programs a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead program-wide planning and coordination of software and lab readiness across environments.
Identify approved software baselines, versions, interfaces, and environment requirements.
Coordinate software availability and insertion timing for readiness.
Assess software compatibility and interactions across environments.
Resolve conflicts and mitigate environment-readiness risks across systems.
