Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
• 7+ years of software integration experience with hardware, firmware, and other software.
• 7+ years experience developing and applying integration readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead program-wide planning and coordination of software and lab readiness across on-site, virtual, and remote environments, aligned with priorities, schedules, and milestones.
• Identify approved software baselines, versions, interfaces, capabilities, and environment requirements for planned activities.
• Coordinate software availability and insertion timing to ensure readiness in the appropriate environment.
• Assess software compatibility and interactions with other software, interfaces, infrastructure, and configurations.
• Drive resolution of conflicts, gaps, and baseline mismatches; coordinate readiness risks across multiple systems.
• Establish entry criteria, software-readiness expectations, and compatibility checks for shared environments.
• Collaborate with software configuration management to understand baselines and changes affecting readiness.
• Communicate readiness status and risks to technical teams and leadership.
• Travel: 15% and security clearance requirements.
