Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Lead Software Integration Engineer to coordinate software integration across laboratories, environments, and representative system environments on the A-MH program. You will align execution to milestones, manage dependencies, and drive delivery to meet program milestones.

Responsibilities include leading software integration, coordinating software insertion and integration readiness, and communicating status and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related technical field.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required (or active in past 24 months).
• 7+ years of experience with software requirements, design, integration and testing.
• 7+ years leading others on aerospace hardware/software development.

Responsibilities

• Lead software integration across shared laboratories, integration environments and representative system environments.
• Coordinate software insertion, baseline alignment and integration readiness across embedded and onboard systems.
• Manage dependencies, risks and handoffs to support integrated software capability delivery.
• Identify and resolve interface, sequencing, baseline and environment issues affecting software integration.
• Drive closure of actions to support software integration events and environment readiness.
• Provide leadership visibility into software integration status, risks and recommended actions.
• Improve execution discipline and predictability across software systems and teams.
