Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a hands-on Lab Manager to own and operate the engineering lab infrastructure supporting satellite and RF hardware development in Seattle, WA.

You will manage day-to-day operations, calibration programs, inventory, and safety compliance while supporting environmental test equipment and satellite integration workflows. This on-site role requires 3+ years in aerospace or high-reliability labs and US ITAR eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace, RF, electronics, or high-reliability lab environments.
• Experience supporting flight or flight-like hardware.
• Calibration and asset-tracking system experience.
• ESD and lab safety knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day lab operations.
• Maintain calibration systems and PM programs.
• Manage inventory and asset tracking.
• Oversee lab safety (ESD, chemicals, compliance).
• Support environmental test equipment (thermal, vibe, HALT/HASS).
• Coordinate facility and vendor management.
• Assist with light warehouse operations.
• Support satellite integration workflows.
