Job summary

Jobot in Seattle is seeking a hands‑on Lab Manager to own and operate the engineering lab infrastructure supporting satellite and RF hardware development.

You will manage day‑to‑day lab operations, calibration programs, inventory, safety, and support satellite integration workflows, all on site in Cap Hill and Georgetown.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace, RF, electronics, or high‑reliability lab environment.
• Experience supporting flight or flight‑like hardware.
• Calibration + asset tracking system experience.
• ESD and lab safety knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics + mechanical drawings.
• Onsite in Seattle.
• ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Green Card).

Salary: $65,000 - $115,000 per year.

Location: Seattle, onsite. ITAR compliant (US Citizen or Green Card).
