Job summary

Teledyne Reynolds Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the site quality function in aerospace/defense manufacturing. You will drive the Quality Management System, lead audits, and report on metrics at the executive level.

You will oversee root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives, while guiding a team of quality professionals. Strong leadership and deep AS9100/ISO9001 experience are required for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive quality experience in aerospace/defense programs.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Quality function; set strategy, goals, and metrics.
• Serve as primary quality contact for customers, government, and regulators.
• Own and improve the Quality Management System (AS9100/ISO 9001).
• Lead internal, supplier, and third-party audits; drive corrective actions.
• Oversee root cause analysis, CAPA, and failure investigations.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and similar methods.
• Manage supplier quality; audits, CAPA, and performance monitoring.
• Lead inspection, testing, and product acceptance across manufacturing.
• Chair Material Review Board and manage nonconformance and risk decisions.
• Deliver executive reports on quality metrics, risks, and improvements.
