Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a quality leader to oversee site-wide quality systems for a leading aerospace and defense electronics manufacturer. You will build and develop a team of quality professionals and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

You will lead AS9100 compliance, manage audits and supplier/customer quality, and collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to reduce the cost of quality while improving product performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years of quality experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing AS9100 quality systems, audits, and customer quality requirements.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring quality teams.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Eligibility requirement: US Persons may be required for access to controlled data or information.
