Job summary

Teledyne Reynolds is seeking a dynamic Quality Assurance professional to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on program quality support, customer interface, and ensuring that products meet stringent requirements through audits, calibration, and rigorous documentation.

Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 and the ability to read complex drawings are essential. Candidates should have a STEM degree and 3 years of QA/engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, and be proficient with MS

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or other STEM field.
Understanding of customer contract review, quality requirement flow downs.
3 years quality assurance or related engineering experience (aerospace/aviation preferred).
Must read and interpret engineering, quality, and manufacturing drawings including specifications, standards and procedures.
Experience in ISO 9001/AS9100 environment.
Familiar with mechanical inspection techniques and measurement tools.
Experience in calibration preferred.
Knowledge of six sigma tools (Minitab, JMP, R).

Responsibilities

Program quality support and customer interface.
Review customer quality requirements and ensure products and processes meet requirements.
Review customer returns.
Product failure investigation.
Material review management (waivers, deviations, discrepancy reporting).
Conduct and support internal audits.
Quality documentation development.
