Job summary

Ontic Chatsworth is hiring a Quality Manager to lead the site’s quality organization and ensure processes meet customer, regulatory and company requirements. You will oversee audits, inspections, CAPA and MRB activities while building a strong culture of quality and compliance.

You will report to the Director of Quality and develop your team through coaching, data-driven improvements and performance management to keep the site ready for surveillance and ensure consistent product quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality experience in aerospace/electronics/manufacturing.
• Experience managing Quality Systems including inspections, MRB, CAPA.
• Experience leading customer/regulatory/audit programs and maintaining readiness.
• Structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; coaching quality professionals.
• Bachelor's degree and relevant industry certifications advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead site quality activities across new, overhauled and production products, including inspection, quality planning, First Article Inspection and root cause and corrective action.
• Maintain the Quality System integrity, including manuals and guidance.
• Lead Source/Receiving Inspection, MRB quality analysis and QA support for MRO activities.
• Ensure customer/regulatory quality requirements are implemented and maintained.
• Support internal and external audits and site readiness for surveillance.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and coach the quality team with clear objectives and performance management.
