Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) – Chittenango is seeking a Quality Manager for aerospace applications. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining processes within the quality management system to achieve the highest quality standards and reduce defects.

You will lead the Quality Assurance department and coordinate quality programs across the organization. The position requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field and 8+ years in QA leadership, with Six Sigma/ASQ

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
• 8+ years in a Quality Assurance leadership role; aerospace experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, ASQ, Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement and maintain quality management processes to ensure outputs meet requirements.
• Report performance of the QMS to top management and identify improvements.
• Promote customer focus and maintain integrity of the QMS during changes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/AS9100, Nadcap and customer requirements.
