Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Chittenango seeks a Quality Manager - Aerospace to lead the Quality Assurance department, establish and maintain processes within the QMS, and drive quality improvements for complex aerospace components.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 8+ years of QA leadership, Six Sigma Black Belt, and familiarity with AS9100/Nadcap; CPP offers a comprehensive benefits package, bonus opportunity, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and advancement

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required
• 8+ years of QA leadership experience in aerospace is required
• Six Sigma Black Belt and ASQ accreditation strongly preferred

• Establish, implement, and maintain processes within the quality management system
• Report on performance and opportunities for improvement to top management
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, Nadcap, and customer requirements
• Lead the Quality Assurance department and coordinate company quality programs
• Work with key customers during audits or certifications and provide leadership for the QA team
