Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) Chittenango is seeking a Quality Manager - Aerospace to lead the quality management system, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with AS9100/Nadcap and customer requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 8+ years in QA leadership in aerospace, and Six Sigma Black Belt certification. CPP offers comprehensive benefits, a quarterly bonus, a 401(k) match and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years in a Quality Assurance leadership role, aerospace preferred
• Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma certifications strongly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain quality management processes to deliver outputs
• Report QMS performance and identify improvement opportunities to leadership
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO, Nadcap and customer requirements
• Lead Quality Assurance department and coordinate with key customers and audits
• Provide training and certification across QA programs and maintain a safe, organized work area
