Job summary

General Tool Company is seeking a Project Manager to drive aerospace and defense projects from kickoff to closeout. The ideal candidate must have aerospace or defense manufacturing experience, 3–5 years in project management, and the ability to communicate effectively.

This full-time role is based in Kentucky, where you will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and scope requirements while improving throughput and delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a program or project management role, ideally in a highly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on project outcomes.
• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and in person.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through every phase of the project lifecycle.
• Own the full project lifecycle: planning, definition, and execution.
• Drive projects to success within established cost, schedule, and scope.
