Applied Composites is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive successful execution and implementation of complex projects in our aerospace-focused business unit. You will plan, organize, and manage all activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that meets quality and reliability targets.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years of relevant experience, a post-secondary degree, and proven leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates timely decisions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Monitors project budgets and expenses against allocations.
• Manages milestones from start to end of lifecycle.
• Identifies risks and provides mitigation strategies.
• Responsible for project documentation distribution to review and revisions.
• Builds strong relationships with customers and aligns objectives.
• Leads a team of employees per business needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
