• Strong knowledge of contracts, plans, specs, and regulations.
• Experience with cloud-based construction management platforms required.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction per contract, budget, and schedule, communicating with the Project Manager.
• Develop and monitor schedules from permitting through closeout to meet goals.
• Attend meetings (OACs, project updates, controls) and track progress.
• Review change orders and ensure timely RFIs and submittals.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with stakeholders.
