Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Minnesota is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead development programs across multiple domains and locations. You will be accountable for scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality with IPDS phase gates and cross-functional collaboration.

The role reports to the Sr. Director Program Manager and offers a hybrid work arrangement along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of work experience in program/project management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage program management function and oversee program activities.
• Develop and implement program management strategies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
• Manage program performance metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Customer Business Teams to support their applications for technical performance, schedule, and cost requirements.
