Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Stratford, CT seeks a Program Manager for Sikorsky Advanced Programs to oversee transition from demonstrations to production. You will drive schedule, cost, and performance targets while leading engineers, operations, and supply-chain professionals in a regulated environment.

You will coordinate with regulators and external partners, negotiate milestones with Tier 1 suppliers, and manage program reviews to keep critical objectives on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; progressive program management experience on large, complex programs.
• Experience with EVM, IMS, and risk-management tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage cost, schedule and technical performance.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and communicate the program baseline (schedule, budget, performance metrics).
• Lead integrated product-development teams (airframe, propulsion, systems, avionics, certification, operations).
• Chair program review boards and provide concise status briefings to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Develop the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and monitor critical path; forecast variances and take corrective actions.
• Own the program budget and report financial health to Finance and Executives; coordinate with suppliers and partners.
