Lockheed Martin’s Sikorsky division seeks an experienced project manager for core material logistics initiatives. You will lead system implementations, maintain dashboards, and negotiate logistics contracts while driving annual improvements.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and leadership skills, with a background in Agile and traditional project life cycles. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time progress, monitor budgets, and deliver effective

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Agile and Traditional project methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP; able to learn new programs.
• Experience leading continuous improvement/Lean and cost reduction initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or 6 years with a Masters.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiatives to improve Sikorsky material operations.
• Oversee Thinaer system implementation and improvements.
• Maintain and upgrade SMCC product owner and metrics dashboards.
• Manage warehousing and logistics contracting and negotiations.
• Identify and implement annual improvement initiatives.
• Oversee MMAS audits and CAP completions.
• Handle transactional/financial forecasting.
