Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in relevant engineering or business discipline.
• 7+ years in Program Management in aerospace
• Strong customer relations and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of FAA certification procedures for commercial aircraft seats
• Ability to lead and mentor a team

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers to achieve project results.
• Coordinate OEM submittal requirements and due dates across departments.
• Manage changes from customers in coordination with affected teams.
• Monitor program performance, cost, quality, and schedule targets.
• Interface with OEMs and provide regular program progress reports.
• Support process improvements and lessons learned through postmortems.
