Job summary

RECARO Aircraft Seating Americas LLC is seeking a PMO Lead to drive the approval and implementation of program management methods, tools, and standards. The role focuses on harmonizing global processes, conducting process mapping, and mentoring teams to elevate performance and competency.

The PMO Lead will oversee budget reviews, lead strategic projects, and coordinate training on PM tools and best practices across RAU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 5+ years of relative work experience in a similar role.
• Intensive experience leading projects and project teams.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent internal and external communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize global program processes, methods, tools, and standards across PMO and Customer Service.
• Approve and implement best-practice methods and tools for the project organization.
• Audit programs for compliance with PM procedures and best practices.
• Support implementation of program management software and systems.
• Provide training on tools, processes, and best practices to teams.
