Qualifications

• 5+ years of related business or finance experience.
• Previous program management experience.
• Previous leadership of a team of business operations professionals.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
• Technical acumen and engineering change management experience using GPLM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide business leadership for the Program Management Office and the program manager.
• Oversee day-to-day performance management, baselines, schedules, and reporting.
• Maintain program plans, organization structures, and change controls.
• Report program performance and maintain the program communication plan and Earned Value Management status.
• Coordinate baselines and resource finances, and support process improvements and standards.
