Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Program Management Sr Mgr - L6 to lead complex sustainment programs in the Aerospace & Defense sector. The role oversees programs from inception to completion and coordinates closely with customers, government stakeholders, strategy leaders, and cross-functional teams in a high-visibility leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in aerospace and defense.
• Experience with US DoD and international customers.
• Familiarity with program management processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of sustainment programs from inception to completion.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver sustainment services for a fleet of aircraft.
• Oversee sustainment contracts and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Business Development to drive growth initiatives.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders including international users and government entities.
• Manage budgets and contracts, including Earned Value contracts.
• Represent the voice of the customer in organizational discussions.
