Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Information Security Program Manager to guide the design and execution of enterprise security programs for a leader in Aerospace & Defense. This remote role collaborates with executives and technical teams to strengthen security posture in a highly regulated environment.

You will shape policies, incident response, and awareness across the organization while ensuring compliance with standards and improving readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in information security leadership roles (e.g., CISO or vCISO)
• 3+ years in security operations, engineering, or vulnerability management
• Experience in consulting/managed services for regulated industries
• Hands-on with NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, SOC 2, or PCI DSS
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• CISSP certification required; additional certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement information security programs for clients
• Advise executives on security strategy and policies
• Monitor and update security plans and incident responses
• Oversee security solutions to enhance posture
• Conduct risk assessments and support security audits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards
• Lead security awareness training and coordinate disaster recovery plans
